1. The consultant shall keep current with both State and National legislation that may impact any of the School District employee insurance benefits programs and shall provide reports and recommendations concerning any changes that are legislated or re-interpreted. 2. Provide guidance on issues related to 403b plans, COBRA, HIPPA, FMLA, ADA and related compliance issues. 3. Provide information and guidance to ensure compliance to Federal requirements and regulations with ERISA, ACA, USERRA, FMLA and Medicare Part D which affect the administration of plan benefits. 4. The consultant shall advise and counsel the School District in all matters related to employee insurance benefits, including health, dental, life, AD&D, dental, vision, short-term disability, employee assistance programs, flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts. 5. The consultant will assist in the resolution of claim problems or service complaints which arise from the School District’s employee benefits program.
