The Contractor work includes, but is not limited to: • Obtaining all required permits, Right of Entries, approvals, licenses, insurance, as needed. • Performing all the preliminary work such as verifying existing sewer conditions, verifying existing sewer sizes and shapes, developing site accesses, coordinating construction activities with business and property owners, providing the necessary odor control and ventilation for workers during man-entry operations and cleaning. • Performing sewer bypass diversion system where applicable to reduce flow level for rehabilitation. • Cleaning of Sewer Host Pipe including removal and disposal of fallen tiles and bricks/concrete. • Temporary Odor Control Systems • Temporary sewer diversions and by-pass. • Removal and disposal of the debris which includes bricks, sewage wastes, etc. • Debris removal and disposal of Non-Hazardous and Hazardous • Pre-cleaning CCTV, 3D Sonar and Laser Profile Report of host pipe • Rehabilitation of the sewer using City approved materials. • Construction of one (1) new Maintenance Hole (MH) for NOS. • Reconstruction of two (2) Drop Maintenance Holes (DMH) • Rehabilitation of 2 existing Maintenance Holes (MH) • Post-cleaning, post-lining, and post-grouting CCTV. • CCTV of post cleaning, post lining and post grouting • Relocation of major utilities • Excavation and shoring of eight (8) access pits • Rehabilitation of the 54” Burns-McDonnell Semi-Elliptical Sewer • Reconnection of one (1) 21” Connectivity node to the NOS • Connect existing 15” VCP (at MH #495-13-153) • Connect existing 18” VCP (at MH #495-09-054)
