LASAN is soliciting responses from 31 Prime Consultants on the attached On-Call Consultant List. Only the Primes on this list are eligible to submit proposals. We do not accept proposals or qualifications from Consultants who are not on the Prime Consultants list. Please see the attached scope of work for the details of required services. Scope of Services LASAN is soliciting for engineering consultant services to provide landfill expertise support for the gas and flare systems of the City owned landfills. The consultant will investigate, recommend, install, calibrate, and warrant faulty equipment at the landfills and will aid with any additional technical work that cannot be performed by Solid Resources Processing and Construction Division (SRPCD). Services to include landfill assistance in permit reviews, equipment repair, and coordination with City staff and any other regulating agencies. The qualified consultant is to provide the following services; Task 1: Landfill Equipment Repairs and Replacement Deliverables: The contractor shall provide repairs and maintenance for Toyon. In general, the scope of work includes, but is not limited to: ● Evaluating the status of the flare system ● Repairing the Blowers, Motors, Valves, Electric Wires, variable frequency drive (VFDs), Control Panel, Instrumentation, Sensors, etc. ● Coordinating with the City and regulating agencies as needed ● Ensure the City stays within regulatory compliance ● Reporting of work completed with specification sheets of equipment
