Scope of Services Osceola County, Florida is issuing this Request for Letters of Interest (RFLOI) from highly qualified and experienced Acquisition and Development Teams for the purchase and development of approximately 57.80 acres of land owned by the County, hereinafter referred to as “Property”. The Property is located generally located north of Neptune Road, south of East Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, east of the Florida Turnpike, and west of the St. Cloud Canal, within unincorporated Osceola County. The property has East 192 and Neptune Road frontage. The purpose of this Request for Letter of Interest (RFLOI) is to determine if there is interest from Acquisition and Development Teams with the financial capability and experience to acquire the Property for development by the purchaser or purchaser’s assignee or successor. More specifically, the County’s primary goal is to facilitate private sector development in the establishment of a viable, realistic, and exciting vision for the subject Property with the aim of kick-starting economic development activities that will increase jobs opportunities for our citizens and diversify the local economy. The proposed development should be of high-quality design in an urban form.
