1. Mobilize including administrative items such as completion of required forms, notifications, railroad insurance, railroad safety and protection coordination, preparation of a Site-Specific Health & Safety Plan (HASP) and Technical Execution Plan (TEP). Requirements for the HASP and TEP are provided in Specification Section 01 41 50 and Section 02 08 00 1.05 A, respectively. 2. Abate applicable hazardous building materials and demolish the remaining structure of former Building 12 to slab on grade with particular attention on the adjoining building (35 Main Street property) and the adjacent railroad tracks (Metro North commuter line). 3. Facilitate the transportation and off-site disposal of HBM and structural building debris, in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. 4. Restore disturbed areas following demolition to promote safe access and egress at the Site. All steel is considered property of the contractor. Any estimated scrap value should be considered in the bid pricing.
