The scope of this contract is for the demolition and proper disposal of the trade fixtures and miscellaneous structures including: 1. Parcel 5 - MS-1) Metal fencing, posts, and associated footings approximately 4’ in height X 28 LF; 2. Parcel 6 – MS-1) Three (3) aluminum signs at entrance to shopping center reads: (WARNING) (NOTICE) (PRIVATE PARKING) installed on one post and associated footing; 3. Parcel 11 - MS-1) Concrete foundation for removed light standard/fixture; MS-2) Concrete foundation for removed light standard/fixture; and MS-3) Concrete foundation for removed light standard/fixture; 4. Parcel 21 - MS-1) 6 FT wood privacy fencing, posts, and associated footings, approximately 57 LF; 5. Parcel 24 - MS-1) 6 FT wood privacy fencing, posts, and associated footings, approximately 260 LF; 6. Parcel 27 - MS-1) CMU/stone veneered wall varying heights from 2 FT to 6 FT, end columns, and associated footings; approximately 70 LF, MS-2) Black aluminum fencing, 5 FT in height x approximately 78 LF along Parsons Road; MS-3) Black aluminum fencing, 5 FT in height x approximately 78 LF along Abbots Bridge Road, MS-4)Irrigation components located in planting beds in ROW or easements; 7. Parcel 42 - MS-1) Wooden privacy fence, posts, and associated footings approximately 80 LF; 8. Parcel 43- MS-1) Vine covered wood privacy fence, posts, and associated footings, approximately 175 LF; and 9. Parcel 52 - MS-1) Vine covered chain link security fence, posts, and associated footings, approximately 280 LF.
