A project description is provided below: [INSERT PROJECT DESCRIPTION HERE; INCLUDE ANY SITE VISIT CALL OUT TO RFQ DOC] -- [FOR ONE-STAGE CM]: The University of Georgia will select several qualified firms from the response submittals, request additional regarding project team composition, conduct interviews, rank the finalists, and begin contract discussions with the selected firm. [FOR TWO-STAGE CM]: This Qualification Based Selection will be completed in two Stages (also referred as "steps" in this event and in attached documents); Stage I: Request for Qualifications and Stage II: Request for Proposals (From Qualified Finalists). The University will evaluate and select several qualified firms from the response submittals in Stage I and notify the finalist firms to proceed to Stage II. The University will then post Stage II documents, conduct a mandatory pre-proposal site visit, evaluate/review the submitted request for proposals and interview all qualified firms. Once the awarded firm has been selected, the University will complete the contracting process.
