It is the intent of this Request for Qualification (RFQ) to obtain from interested and qualified Engineering Consultants licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey to provide on call General Engineering and Land Surveying Services to supplement the Engineering Department providing assistance to the Engineering Department, Department of Public Works, and Land Use Boards as directed by the Municipal Engineer reviewing land development applications, including review of subdivisions, and site plans; bridge, drainage roadway and recreation project design for various construction projects within the Township of Bloomfield and provide other services on an as needed basis to the Engineering Department including surveying, tax map revisions, and other functions as ordered by the Municipal Engineer.
