The laundry services as described below are to be provided at Alton Mental Health Center (Center): 1.2.1 The Vendor will be required to pick-up and deliver laundry three (3) times per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday unless a scheduled State holiday falls on one of those days. The Vendor will be required to complete pick-up and delivery services on these days between the hours of 9:00 am – 12:00 pm or from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm. 1.2.1.1 In the event a holiday falls on a scheduled pick-up and/ or delivery day, pick-up and/or delivery shall be completed the regular business day before the holiday. During the week of Thanksgiving, pick-up and delivery shall be made on Monday and Wednesday only. Changes in the pick-up and delivery schedule shall be made only with prior approval of the Contract Monitor or designee named in part 1.4.9. Pick-up and delivery services are to be provided at the following locations at the Center: The Locust building, Forensic building, and Dietary building. The Center will provide all items that are to be laundered. Items that will require laundry services include but are not limited to bed linens (twin size flat and fitted sheets and standard size pillow cases), blankets, washcloths, bath size towels, kitchen size towels and washcloths, potholders, aprons, mops, cleaning cloths, and on occasion clothing (i.e. soiled resident clothing)...
