The Illinois Department of Corrections will make space available in the staff parking lot for food truck vendors to set up and provide meal options to facility staff. Date and time availability will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. Still, all respondents who meet the stated requirements will be provided an equal opportunity to serve the facility staff. It will be at the facility's sole discretion whether multiple vendors will be allowed at any given time. - Vendors must complete the attached vendor information form and return it to the facility before their first visit. - Vendors must use self-sufficient units and equipment, such as generators, as outside power sources will not be available on-site. - Vendors must provide a menu with pricing to the facility at least seven calendar days before their scheduled arrival date. - Vendors are only allowed to sell food on the grounds; selling other merchandise is strictly prohibited. - Vendors must fully comply with state and local public health codes and licensing requirements. - Vendors shall dress appropriately, which is defined as not wearing inflammatory clothing containing vulgar language or political opinions/affiliations.
