Hillsborough County Public Schools (“HCPS” or the “District”) ”) has issued this Invitation to Quote (ITQ) to purchase hydraulic parts and repair services in three areas. 1) Vehicle and hydraulic jack repairs, The HCPS fleet purchases a wide variety of vehicles, trucks, equipment, and hydraulic parts that are used for repairing heavy-duty trucks and school buses, that will require hydraulic repairs. 2) Fluid lines and nozzles, such as oil, coolant, grease, gear oil and transmission fluid lines, pumps, motors, valves and actuators, and associated equipment used in connection with industrial hydraulic and or mechanical pipes. 3) Mechanical and hydraulic pipes, plumbing and press fitted pipe, and associated components. The Transportation Services Department (the “Department”) operates four garages staffed with technical personnel and mechanics authorized to conduct repairs to fleet management vehicles.
