A. Selective removal and disposal of existing mechanical equipment, fixtures, valves, piping, pipe insulation, hangers and supports as shown or otherwise indicated on the drawings. B. ECSU reserves the right to retain existing devices, equipment or any portion of the mechanical system indicated to be removed as part of this project. Contractor shall review the scope of demolition work with ECSU staff prior to proceeding with demolition work and removing anything from the project site. C. Coordinate removals with existing conditions, new work, work from other divisions and the owner. Understanding the limits of demolition scope of work is the responsibility of the contractor and any incomplete or excessive demolition shall be revised to existing condition at no additional cost to the owner. D. Draining of liquid charged systems such as but not limited to water, hydronic fluid, fire protection water systems and removal of waste and fluids/liquids that are potentially hazardous from site. A. Scope of work consists of materials and labor furnished for electrical system to accommodate/support new equipment and devices specified within other divisions. B. Review and coordination of electrical system requirements of devices and equipment specified within other divisions and existing conditions. C. This division shall provide all materials and labor including but not limited to equipment, hoisting, transportation, rigging, staging, appurtenances, and services necessary and/or incidental to properly complete all electrical work as indicated within the contract documents. D. Work Included: Provide complete electrical services as necessary for a complete and proper installation meeting code and owners intent including but not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Conduits & Raceways 2. Identification 3. Wire and Cables 4. Wiring Devices 5. Outlet Boxes, Junction Boxes, Pull Boxes 6. Supporting Devices 7. Disconnect Switches 8. Circuit Breakers 9. Grounding
