TEEG may elect to contract with one or more design professionals to provide a complete design. The design shall include but not be limited to: structure, system cost, efficiency, maintainability, applicability to facility, project delivery and schedule for the Building. Preliminary schedule information (terms of service) is listed below, which shall allow for submission to TEEG’s planning review/processes. Design work shall be done in two phases. The first shall be 60% construction documents suitable for a contractor to provide an initial cost estimate and for grant approval submission. Phase 1 would be paid for directly by TEEG. If the grant is approved, phase 2 would be completion of the 100% construction documents and construction services which would be paid out of grant funding.
