The Heritage Commission is looking for the Consultant to do the following in partnership with OPRD staff: • Using the current plan structure and goals, develop the planning process overview & strategy • Coordination & facilitation of the process • Inventory and assessment of existing materials, reports, data needed to inform the planning process and resulting plan. A primary source to be used is the 2024 Oregon Heritage Vitality Study. • Identification and execution of a survey geared towards residents/general public • Strategy and execution of engaging the heritage preservation community in the planning process • Recommendations on evaluation plan to accompany the final plan considering capacity and funding • Final Plan Documents (Prep + Printing) • Subcontractor Coordination & Management
