The St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport terminal building has several issues with moisture and water intrusion at the main entry, roof parapets, entry doors as well as a deteriorating soffit in the back of the terminal. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Terminal Lobby: Replacement of the main lobby skylight and windows, full weatherproofing of these window systems and related roof waterproofing; replacement and upgrade of the lobby interior and exterior lighting; demolition and new installation of the lobby interior finishes; Roof Parapets: Refurbishment of the stucco parapet wall, sealing cracks and re-painting this wall with a breathable weather-proofing paints system; Automatic Entry Doors: Replacement of the automatic door seals and weatherstripping, especially at the door sill; Soffit: Soffit replacement at the FIS exterior walkway.
