The work shall generally consist of mold remediation according to specifications attached, as quantified on the attached proposal and scope of work. Scope of work shall include, but not limited to removing existing carpet, cleaning furniture, moving all furniture & artifacts from the offices into a climate controlled storage unit (similar to PODS) provided by the Contractor, demolishing existing AC units and associated piping and electrical, infilling all walls between crawl space and office, infill between floor joists with gyp. board over entire ceiling, install 1 each portable dehumidifier sized appropriately in each office space (2 total), and other incidental work required.
