Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary to complete work for the Illinois State University (ISU) Campus Wide Fire Damper Inspections. A ventilation single prime will serve as the general contractor for the project with the expectation to subcontract all other work outside of the ventilation scope. Contractor is to inspect, repair, and replace all fire dampers in the ISU Center for Civic Engagement, Degarmo Hall, Honors Public Building, Edwards Hall, Fell Hall, Professional Development Annex, Schroeder Hall, State Farm Hall of Business, Student Fitness Center, and McCormick Hall. Contractor shall ensure all means of access including access doors and panels are in working condition and shall provide any necessary repairs and maintenance to any means of access to restore to working condition. If means of access to inspect, repair, and maintain a fire damper is unavailable, contractor shall provide means of access as either an access door or panel. If contractor determines that an inspected fire damper cannot be repaired and must be replaced, contractor shall work with University Engineering.
