The bids should include process, timeline, action, and cost on how to best gather and analyze data to create the optimal organizational structure for a future ready ITS. For background and context, current strategic priorities being presented to the Legislature during this 2025 Session include: • Modernizing Technology Procurement; • Establishing an AI Innovation Hub; • Creating of a Cloud Center of Excellence; • Building a Dedicated Digital Services Team; and • Launching a Technology Innovation Fund. Other key aspects to prioritize throughout this work include: • Communication and Collaboration: internal, across divisions, and external; • Leadership Engagement; • Strategic and Operational Alignment within ITS; and • Change Management to include talent management, resource allocation, employee training, etc.
