The initial responsibilities of the Professional Housing Development Consultant(s) will encompass, but are not limited to, the following Scope of Services: • Prepare and review existing revitalization plan, providing recommendations for improvements. • Advocate for HACS's interests in determining pre-development costs and expenses. • Engage in pre-development meetings with staff, residents, and other stakeholders. • Oversee the pre-development process to finalize a comprehensive development plan for HACS. • Supervise all aspects of HACS's planning and implementation of the development plan.
