The initial responsibilities of the Professional Housing Development Consultant(s) will encompass, but are not limited to, the following Scope of Services: • Prepare and review existing revitalization plan, providing recommendations for improvements. • Advocate for HABC's interests in determining pre-development costs and expenses. • Engage in pre-development meetings with staff, residents, and other stakeholders. • Oversee the pre-development process to finalize a comprehensive development plan for HABC. • Supervise all aspects of HABC's planning and implementation of the development plan. • Offer staffing recommendations to support development and pre-development efforts. • Train HABC staff to effectively manage future development activities independently.
