Contractor shall be able to provide seeds, seedlings, or plants for native plants listed in Exhibit A: Arizona Native Plant Society and Exhibit B: Tucson Audubon Native Plant Guide. 2.2. Contractor shall maintain native plant documentation verifying the source/origin of native plants and shall provide copies to DFFM upon request. 2.3. All plant material shall comply with all State and Federal laws related to insect infestation and plant disease inspections. 2.4. Plants shall meet the Arizona Department of Agriculture plant quarantine requirements and shall have the applicable certificate of inspection. 2.4.1. Contractor shall provide certification copies to DFFM upon request 2.5. All plant material shall be purchased from nurseries licensed to sell plants in Arizona by the Arizona Department of Agriculture. 2.6. All furnished plant material shall: 2.6.1. Meet the grades established by the latest edition of the American Standard for Nursery Stock, (ASNS) ANSI Z60.1; and, shall 2.6.2. Conform to the size and conditions outlined in the scope of work; and, 2.6.3. Be free of all foreign plant material. 2.7. Contractor shall allow DFFM access to inspect items throughout the growing period, upon request. 2.7.1. DFFM shall provide Notice of Inspection to the Contractor at least 48 hours ahead of the requested inspection date
