The Vendor agrees to furnish Limestone Aggregate for various gradations herein specified as per Saint Louis County Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction or in Standard Construction Specifications for Sewers and Drainage Facilities for the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District in the following designated Maintenance Districts in the County of St. Louis, Missouri. Limestone Aggregate will consist of sound and durable stones free from cracks and other structural defects that would cause it to deteriorate. It will not contain any soapstone, shale, or other easily disintegrated material. Said materials to be furnished in the manner herein specified, in quantities and of the gradation to be specified by the County, for the construction and maintenance of the roadways in Saint Louis County. 5.4.1.1 Designation: Type 5 Aggregate – Base. Meets the requirements of Section 1007.1. 5.4.1.2 Designation: MSD 1 & 2 – Bedding.
