Heat-pump AC and heating unit 3. Security doors and windows that include security bars over every window and independent metal locking doors 4. Power not to exceed 120/280V, 1-Phase, 100A 5. Two exterior doors 6. OSHA compliant stairs for each exterior entrance 7. Have the ability to be set on a compacted gravel surface 8. To be open office without interior walls or partitions E. Exclusions: 1. Modular office skirting around perimeter of structure. 2. Modular office does not require equipment to hookup ethernet to the modular office or ethernet distribution around the interior of the modular office. 3. Interior walls or partitions 4. Sinks and bathrooms
