The following specifications are required to fulfill the contract: 1. Furnish a management team to ensure the services are accomplished in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. 2. Ft. Resin and 100# #20 Flint Gravel Per Tank (1) 24 X 50 Brine Tank w/ Salt Grid and Safety Float (1) Windsor Series Multi-Tank System Controller ****Set at 30 GPG of hardness** d. DHS ● Quad System w/2 individual softeners ● Removal of all existing equipment and taken off site. ● CP200-320-HE4000 Quad 2" CP Series 320,000 Grain High Efficiency Water Softener to include: (4) CP Series 2" Brass Control Valve With No Hard Water Bypass Valve & Stainless Steel Meter. (4) 24x72 Mineral Tank With Distributor. (400) Lb Gravel Underbedding(100 lb Per Tank). (40) Cu. Ft. Softening Resin(10 Cu. Ft. Per Tank). (2) 30 X 50 Brine Tank With 6" Grid Plate & 474 Brine Valve. *Unit #1 & #3 to be served by one brine tank and unit #2 & #4 to be served by the second brine tank. e. All work for both water softeners must be completed by Monday, August 4th 3. Furnish, train, manage, and direct all successful bidder employees in the performance of services. District #323 shall have the right, upon written notice to the successful bidder, to require the replacement of any successful bidder employee employed at the facility whose continued presence, in the opinion of the district, is not in the best interest of the district or its students/employees. All successful bidder employees who provide services under this agreement shall comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations in the performance of service(s) provided under this agreement, including but not limited to, all applicable district policies and procedures, rules and regulations in effect at the time, all laws governing appropriate visa and work authorization, any and all applicable district policies regarding background information, pre-employment testing and any other applicable requirements deemed appropriate by the district. 4. The company selected by the Board of Education to provide the water softener replacement services shall provide the District with a Certificate of Liability Insurance for $500,000 within thirty (30) days of the selection date, naming the Board of Education as a primary and noncontributory additional insured. Failure to provide the necessary certificate shall result in voiding the agreement with the contractor.
