Item 1 – Pairs: 1,525,000 decal pairs. No overruns or underruns permitted. A) A decal pair will come on a single piece of decal material 2-1/4” wide x 1” high. Vertical kiss cuts through the face stock will divide the overall size into two 1” x 1” validation stickers with a 1/4” staple tab on the left side edge. B) The 1,525,000 decal pairs will be provided in the form of 305,000 strips with 5 decal pairs to a strip, arranged in a column. Total size of a strip will be 2-1/4” wide x 5” high. Perforations between pairs will facilitate tear-off of pairs from the strip. C) The 305,000 strips will be provided in the form of 15,250 booklets with 20 strips per booklet, bound with padding compound along the foot edge of the strips. Padded along with the 20 strips of decals, each booklet will also have a 2-1/4” x 4” instruction sheet on top and a 2-1/4” x 5” chipboard backer on the bottom. The instruction sheet is intended to be an inch short so as to reveal the lowest-numbered decal pair of the booklet. D) Imaging on the decals will be 1/0 in black with 7-digit serial numbering in black. Imaging on the booklet covers will be 1/0 in black. E) A clear liquid coating or film over lamination is required on all stickers. Item 2 – Singles: 425,000 decal singles. No overruns or underruns permitted. A) A decal single will come on a piece of decal material 1-1/4” wide x 1” high. A vertical kiss cut through the face stock will divide the overall size into a 1” x 1” validation sticker and a 1/4” staple tab on the left side edge. B) The 425,000 decal singles will be provided in the form of 85,000 strips with 5 decals to a strip, arranged in a column. Total size of a strip will be 1-1/4” wide x 5” high. Perforations between decals will facilitate tear-off. C) The 85,000 strips will be provided in the form of 4,250 booklets with 20 strips per booklet, bound with padding compound along the foot of the strips. Padded along with the 20 strips of decals, each booklet will also have a 1-1/4” x 4” instruction sheet on top and a 1-1/4” x 5” chipboard backer on the bottom.
