The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to procure and establish a Statewide Term Contract to provide Brand Name Rubrik Software and Services related to the current approved offerings outlined below and the associated support as described herein. 1. Categories 1.1. Software 1.1.1. Must include all Rubrik software that is hosted on a physical device or running in Rubrik Security Cloud: 1.1.2. Provide immutable, air-gapped data protection for on-prem, cloud, and SaaS workloads. 1.1.3. Provide advanced data and security monitoring features focused on anomaly and threat detection, virtual machine encryption detection, and support for Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Active Directory, Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) and Atlassian Jira. 1.1.4. Provide NAS Cloud Direct for unstructured data protection. 1.1.5. Utilize methods for faster mass recovery during a cyber event. 1.1.6. Reduce the risk of data exfiltration and minimize the impact of cyberattacks across all environments. 1.2. SaaS Solutions 1.2.1. Provide Rubrik Security Cloud protection for third-party SaaS applications (Microsoft 365, Salesforce, JIRA, etc.) which includes both software and storage. 1.2.2. Provide Rubrik Cloud Vault - an immutable and air-gapped fully managed service for isolated backup and archiving. 1.3. Platform 1.3.1. Provide Rubrik Brik hardware and accessories for on-premises deployments.
