he contractor is required to provide food service to the public as per the agreement. The contractor will be identified as the Park’s food service provider and shall follow all food sanitation rules and regulations mandated by the State of Oregon, including providing all necessary permits and licenses. One full hook-up (power, water, sewer) RV campsite will be provided, if necessary, free of charge. 2) At a minimum, proposals must provide a menu for four (4) days per week (must include food service on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and all holidays during the season. 3) The contractor will be required to provide a business plan that will include hours of operation, months of operation and a menu. This plan must be mutually agreed on by the Park’s manager, the Assistant County Administrator and the contractor. 4) The contractor will provide proof of insurance listing The County as additional insured with a minimum of General Liability of $1,000,000 and a Workers Compensation policy with a minimum of $1,000,000. 5) The contractor must submit a detailed monthly statement showing gross income generated under this contract, including a breakdown of all sales categories.
