• Remove all shingles and underlayment • Install new flashing around all protrusions in roof. • Install new 15 pound felt underlayment • Install flashing and ice shield in every valley and anywhere else needed to ensure a watertight job. • Install drip edge as required • Replace any damaged roof decking and provide a price per sheet • Install black 3-tab shingles at 1131 East Avenue location • Install white 3-tab shingles at 355 Hancock Road location • Install brown 3-tab shingles at the 440 Hancock Road location • Shingles must use either Certain Teed, Owen Corning or GAF shingles. Provide cut sheets for shingles proposed in bid • Shingles must have a minimum 25-year warranty • Provide a warranty against defects in workmanship and leaks for 5 years • Once work has begun, the bidder shall work continuously with a full crew on the job until the completion • The County will provide at it’s own expense a dumpster for placing debris in or will provide free dumping at the Morgan County Transfer Station for any debris removed from the job
