a. The Contractor agrees to furnish the labor, materials, equipment, related services, and supervision required, including but not limited to, tear off of existing roof, installation of underlayment’s new shingle roof, sheet metal drip edges, penetration and wall flashings. b. The current roofing material is shingle type-Northgate Climateflex Max Def Weather Wood Color. The new roofing should be the same or comparable materials and color from another manufacturer. c. Contractor is responsible for the delivery of all material to the job site in the manufacturer’s unopened packaging and must promptly verify quantities and conditions. d. Contractor is to anticipate and observe environmental condition (temperature, humidity and moisture) within limits recommended by manufacturer for optimum results. Do not install products under environment conditions outside manufacturer’s absolute limits. e. The contractor will provide the cost, per sheet, of replacing “wood roofing material”. Included in the proposal form. f. The contractor must be a preferred contractor with the manufacturer of the product being quoted.
