A. The successful Bidder will be expected to provide all materials including support posts, hardware and the necessary tools to ensure the safe manufacture, transport, installation, modification, removal or maintenance of sign(s). B. The successful Bidder will provide proof of Insurance See Section 3.13 Insurance Requirements. C. The successful Bidder will provide documentation of being an “Registered Business Status” for three (3) years. D. The successful Bidder will be expected to maintain the sign(s) in good order so that they are visibly readable and free of blemishes and graffiti. This includes maintaining all sign(s) currently installed on property(ies) for sale by MDOT-ORED. The BidAffidavit (Attachment A) must reflect the cost of maintenance in either the Installation or Miscellaneous sections. E. Initiation of sign transport, installation, modification, removal or maintenance will be made from MDOT-ORED to the successful Bidder in the form of a Notice to Proceed (NTP) Work Order (WO) which will be emailed. It is the responsibility of the successful Bidder to acknowledge receipt and confirm the Work Order (WO) by signing and returning the original Notice to Proceed (NTP) letter to the MDOT-ORED Project Manager within two (2) business days of receipt. It is further the responsibility of the successful bidder to include a copy of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) with their invoice.
