Under this contract, the contractor shall provide pump and motor repairs, including all labor, tools and equipment. Also included in this scope is purchase and installation of new pumps and motors. The Borough of Roseland will provide an arbitrary unit cost for COMPARISON ONLY and the contractor will provide the PERCENT (%) of MARK UP for each. Procurement included is listed by ITEM in the proposal in the BID FORM solely for the purpose of administration and payment. Such listing shall not relieve the contractor of responsibility under the GENERAL CONDITIONS to furnish all labor, material, equipment and services that may reasonably be inferred from the Contract Documents to produce the intended result.
