The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth (UMass Dartmouth) seeks a qualified company to provide online tutoring services for its currently enrolled college-level students. Only authorized University students will have access to the online platform. The University will offer these online tutoring services free of charge to the student. Students will be encouraged to take advantage of the services with a maximum of four (4) hours per semester for each student. Vendor's platform should have the capability of providing live, interactive, one- on-one interactions with a verified tutor or certified teacher, or through uploaded written work for review and comments. Online tutoring must allow for sequential display of problems and steps between the tutor and student to reach a solution. Each session should be retrievable during the semester by the student for use as a review.
