2.1. Provide a complete design including all engineering and architectural disciplines and supervision thereof, to prepare construction bid documents for West Virginia State Purchasing. The firm would be responsible for testing all existing PAPI light associated systems, such as electrical systems, wiring, transformers, etc. to ensure they are operational. Design and document all systems that require replacement or repairs. 2.2. The selected firm would be responsible for all surveys, including an Obstacle Clearance Surface, and PAPI Light Signal Clearance Surface (LSCS) survey, and any other requirements necessary to install the PAPI light system. The project is to include project oversight during installation construction and test flights. At the conclusion of the project the PAPI light system is to be operational and in compliance with all governing authorities. 2.3. Drawings and specifications are to be submitted at 35% and 100%, cost estimates are to be revised and submitted with each submittal at 35% and 100%. 2.4. Provide construction bid services and administrative services to the Owner.
