SCOPE OF WORK 1.1. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment (whether owned or rented), supplies, transportation, and supervision required to provide the maintenance and repair as described herein. 2. CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL 2.1. The respondent must be EST3 Authorized and Certified, as well as employees who are certified to work on wet/dry systems; FM200; and other suppression systems as outlined in Exhibit I and Exhibit II. 2.2. The contractor must have all required State and Local licenses to repair deficient or inoperable devices such as those found during the course of system testing, inspection or preventative maintenance, or systems that have failed during operation. 3. SYSTEM COMPONENTS 3.1. System components may include but are not limited to: Fire Alarm Control Panels; Network Command Centers; Smoke Detectors; Duct Detectors; Manual Pull Stations; Flame Detectors; Water Flow Monitor Modules; Tamper Switch Monitor Modules; Door Holders; Speaker Strobes; Indoor Strobes; Outdoor Strobes; Booster Panels; smoke dampers; Sprinklers; heat detectors; elevator recall, horns; flow switch; hood range systems and Contact Input Monitoring Points
