The Bidder shall be responsible for the following tasks and responsibilities: Plan and conduct ongoing statewide recruitment of relevant and essential HCTF Coalition members. Including: Individual representatives of populations at risk and disproportionately impacted by child abuse and neglect, including parents or other caregivers. Individuals representing special populations. i.e., individuals formally in the foster care system. Department of Human Services/Child Welfare Services resource families. Kinship families, single parents. Individuals from the Pacific Islands and Native Hawaiian families. The recruiting of non-profit agencies, organizations, foundations, and state and local government offices involved in child abuse and neglect prevention activities, violence prevention, early childhood care, and education. Individuals interested in CANP and thriving families and who serve one or more of the special populations noted in item 2. Plan, host, and facilitate quarterly HCTF Coalition in-person or virtual meetings in collaboration with the HCTF Advisory Committee. Document HCTF Coalition meetings, including attendance list, agenda, outcomes, challenges, and successes identified. Maintain a current membership list of the HCTF Coalition, including, at a minimum, name, organization affiliation, a n d members' position title, contact information, and CANP activities their work or organization is engaged in; Maintain coordination and/or collaboration between HCTF Coalition and other ongoing statewide efforts relating to CANP, potentially including Prevent Child Abuse Hawaii, as well as local CANP coalitions across the islands...
