On December 5, 2024, the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) issued a notice of opportunity to participate in an HCA Curriculum Advisory Committee (Advisory Committee) made up of representatives from educational institutions, health care providers, patients, workers, the direct care community, trade and labor groups, advocacy and patient groups, clinical training experts, and experts in workforce development, with a focus on direct care worker training and workforce supports. EOHHS is reissuing this notice of opportunity with the aim of broadening participation and ensuring comprehensive stakeholder representation in developing the HCA curriculum and training offerings. The Advisory Committee will be charged with reviewing and advising the state in its design and development of the HCA Curriculum and Training offerings.
