ONE FIRE is seeking a solution that will digitize the following processes: o Client intake, including but not limited to the following data: Client information Household information Protective order information Prior incident information Law Enforcement agency details Income information Services provided Victimization o Needs assessment o Individualized service plan o Client/advocate agreement with digital signatures o Lethality/risk assessment o Client consent for release of information o Case file summary notes o Financial assistance tracking, including upload of documents such as receipts o Hotel agreements o Client surveys o External reference tracking The proposed solution should: o Enable advocates to assign multiple advocates to one client and track appointments. o Ensure that security is locked down so that access to information is allowed only to relevant ONE Fire staff. o Provide automated workflow to close a client’s case when no contact has been made for 30 days. o Allow configurability of fields to make them required. o Provide for easy tracking of receipts and expenditures. o Have the ability to integrate with INFOR Financials Cloudsuite. o Provide the necessary quarterly reports required for grant reporting purposes. o Provide ONE FIRE leadership with reporting and insights on client interactions.
