Ballistic Helmet: United Shield International (USI) ACH-MICH-MIL-ELGIN NIJ level IIIA standard cut helmet with USI Rapid Adjustment 2 Way Dial BOA retention system to allow for micro adjustments (tightening and loosening) and 4D Combat comfort 7 pads system. Helmet must have a fully removable chin cup for replacement or addition of Gas Mask Extender Strap, chin strap must be completely removable and have a quick release bayonet clip on each end. Gas mask extender strap must also be adjustable in length with hook and loop closures. Must be available in 4 sizes: Small, Medium, Large and X-large. Bag – Helmet carry bag is to be padded with a zipper and large enough to hold the helmet with or without the face shield attached.
