NBOE seeks bids from multilingual translation and interpretation providers for on demand translation and interpretation services. Providers must deliver high quality, culturally accurate, translation and interpretation services. Providers must have significant translation and interpretation experience in the education field. Service deliverables include, but are not limited to: A. Translating and/or interpreting concepts in the source language to equivalent concepts in the requested target language. B. Relaying the style and tone of the original language. C. Rendering spoken messages accurately, quickly, and clearly. D. Applying cultural knowledge to render an accurate and meaningful interpretation or translation of requested texts and messages. E. System compatibility must include, but is not limited to: translation management of content within WordPress Open-Source Content Management System (CMS) via the Word Press Multilingual Plugin (WPML), InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop with all required International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications. F. Scheduled virtual interpretation meetings. G. Scheduled virtual interpretation meetings/on-demand in American Sign Language.
