Consultant will implement a comprehensive AV system for a 4-way Divide/Combine Room for four (4) Conference Rooms; Room Number 306, 307, 308, and 309 within the Navajo DOT Conference Rooms in Tse Bonito, NM. System Description: • Consultant shall install a new AV system supporting local presentations and soft codec conference calling. • All existing AV equipment will be removed before installation. • Consultant will handle all cabling, including installation, management, and testing to industry standards. • Key components include four (4) 164" projection screens each with a 7,000-lumen projector, network-based matrix system, scheduling panels, microphones, cameras, and control interfaces. User Experience: • Users can schedule rooms via Microsoft Exchange Server. • Touch panels at lecterns facilitate control over displays, volume, and sources. • The system automatically adjusts based on room configurations (combined or divided).
