a. The Contractor shall purchase and install 1 new handicap accessible, wooden fire rated doors, metal frames, and new commercial door hardware (Dexter C2000 Cylindrical, Entry/Office or comparable) with keys on new doors per the attached space plan. (Attachment A: New Construction) b. The Contractor shall install door stops to prevent damage to the new doors. c. The Contractor shall add a frame to the view light on the door entering the space. d. The Contractor shall add a wall that creates the new interview space separating it from the mail room per the attached space plan. e. The Contractor shall provide/install quarter inch molding at the top of the new wall to match current walls. f. The Contractor shall redistribute lights/lighting, to ensure the newly created interview room and security/waiting area are appropriately lit. g. The Contractor shall ensure that the newly constructed wall does not cover any lighting. h. The Contractor shall replace any HVAC register that is moved for construction or removed to place a new ceiling tile. i. The Contractor shall ensure any ceiling tiles that need to be replaced match current ceiling tiles. j. The Contractor shall replace the flooring in security with: Shaw Style Name: inlet/Style # 0296V/Color Name: Refuge/Color # 26155. k. The Contractor shall replace the cover base in the security office with: 6-inch Cove Base throughout: (Style) -Tarkett, 29 Moon Rock.
