NYCEDC is seeking a contractor (the “Contractor”) to provide: (1) regular commercial and/or deep cleaning services (collectively the “Standard Services” defined in detail in Paragraph 1 of the Scope of Services below), at specific sites (“Specific Sites” defined in Paragraph 4 of the Scope of Services; (2) commercial and deep cleaning services on a whenand-where basis (collectively the “Additional Services,” defined in detail in Paragraph 2 of the Scope of Services below) at Specific Sites; (3) Additional Services at various sites (“Various Sites,” defined in Paragraph 4 of the Scope of Services); and (4) emergency services (“Emergency Services,” defined in detail in Paragraph 3 of the Scope of Services below) at Specific Sites and Various Sites. Each site at which the Contractor will perform work, at either the Specific Sites and/or the Various Sites, will be called individually a “Site” or collectively “Sites”).
