The contractor shall provide their own equipment and workplace necessary to perform services requested by the University. Units across the UW will be able to work with the vendors who are part of the vendor pool. Each unit will negotiate specific assignments/scope of work with the vendor of choice. Work may include support in the following areas of videography services: 3.1.1 Pre-production – includes but is not limited to activities such as creative development, project management (e.g., obtain permits and approvals, scheduling and logistics, budgeting and cost estimation), location scouting, storyboarding, script and treatment writing, casting services and research. 3.1.2 Production – includes but is not limited to activities such as studio, on location and drone videography, directing, lighting, green screen production and location sound recording. 3.1.3 Post-Production – includes but is not limited to activities such as. Picture and sound editing, motion graphic and titling design, closed captioning/subtitling, color correction and effects, voiceover recording, sound editing, music licensing, and design and mastering and asset delivery. Deliverables may be necessary in multiple formats and video archiving required. 3.1.4 All projects must be conducted with a profound commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Please provide samples or links to a digital portfolio that demonstrates bidder’s experience producing video products that inform and inspire targeted audiences. Provide samples that demonstrate a variety of video styles (e.g., profiles of individuals or groups, general storytelling, complex content story development, commercials and other promotional videos, etc.), include how your work shows a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEIB statement).
