The scope of work for this project under one volume of drawings entails removal / replacement and rehabilitation of various grease interceptor units and associated sample manholes located throughout Harry Reid International Airport in the airside. The grease interceptor work will require removal and replacement of pavements (concrete and asphalt), trenching and installation of sanitary grease piping, repairs and rehabilitation to sanitary sewer piping and manholes, grease and vent piping installation inside internal buildings, tunnels, breezeways, and walls throughout the terminal, and miscellaneous repairs to the sanitary and grease collection systems. Work scope for this project under a second volume of drawings entails demolition and reconstruction of a loading dock and pavement replacements at Harry Reid International Airport in the airside, beneath a breezeway adjacent to the Terminal 1 A/B gates rotunda. The dock reconstruction will require abandonment of existing water pipes and installation of new water mains, modifications to the existing water distribution system (valve installations), minor electrical circuits for re-connecting a trash compactor unit, sand / oil separator unit installation, installation of overhead ceiling water plumbing lines, installation of a water tree inside mechanical rooms, and miscellaneous repairs to the sanitary and grease collection systems.
