1. CIP PROJECT MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK The Capital Project Manager will perform specific Duties and Assignments under the direction of the MPT Capital Program Manager for the purposes of CIP project delivery according to MPT’s adopted CIP project implementation policies and procedures. 2. DESIGN PHASE Once a Project Scope has been approved through internal processes, the Capital Project Manager will coordinate and oversee the Design Phase. The specific Duties and Responsibilities of the Capital Project Manager during the Design Phase may include, but not necessarily be limited to the following: a. Coordinate the compilation of pre-design information (i.e. topo surveys, geotech, easements, etc.) b. Coordinate the procurement of design consultants c. Coordinate stakeholder, steering committee and public input process d. Coordinate the work of outside design consultants e. Coordinate design review meetings f. Coordinate Park Board/Committee review and approval processes g. Prepare monthly progress reports and other internal communications h. Secure low bidder qualifications
