Construct one (1) completely new ADA accessible restroom facility building. o Restrooms and mechanical / utility room to be constructed from standard 8 x 16 masonry block and tied to foundation with steel rebar every 4th cell or as allowed by current building code requirements. o Every 4th cell filled with concrete mortar to second course from top of wall or as required by current building code requirements. Remaining cells, in exterior walls, to be filled with appropriate insulation materials to top of wall. o Block walls to terminate just below roof insulation and be flashed back to insulation with 24 ga. Prefinished steel trim as necessary. o Standard 3/0 x 6/8 steel framed, flush steel doors with appropriate hardware to meet ADA standards. o Paint PPG Prominent Paints: Interior: 1- coat appropriate sealing primer. 2-coats semi-gloss finish for washdown cleaning in white color. Exterior: 1-coat appropriate sealing primer. 2-costs semi-gloss finish in color of customers choice.
