ELEVATORS: The services being required under this contract shall include the labor necessary for making quarterly examinations of each elevator unit referenced herein, including cleaning and oiling machine, motor, interlocks and controller; greasing or oiling of guides and minor adjustments disclosed as reasonably necessary at the time of regular examinations. Hydraulic and/or gear oil shall not be included in this service. An inspection report shall be issued indicating the date of the examination and any necessary work or service recommended. Inspection report must be signed by Town employee in the building being inspected. Also required are general maintenance and repair services on an as—needed basis.
