• In total, there are 24 classrooms, 1 library, 1 gymnasium, and 3 collaborative rooms that should be included. • Each room should be quoted as having a minimum of the following: • 2 Microphones per room. 1 unit for an educator that is wearable, and 1 standard style microphone for student engagement/support staff. • 2 ceiling speakers for room audio (possibly 4 for complete audio saturation). • 1 RX/TX box per room. • Units should operate on Bluetooth/Ad-hoc networks for RX/TX. • Units should be powered preferably by Power of Ethernet (POE). • Units must be compatible with drop style ceilings. • All proposals must reflect the cost of installation and testing, for a turnkey solution. • All work must be able to be completed by June 2025. • Building blueprints are reviewable upon request through coordination with district administration. • Please indicate any value-add services your company may offer – warranties, training, customer service, etc.
