A. The Work. The Work and all of its components, for a period of one year after final acceptance by Owner, shall be of merchantable quality; shall be free from any latent or patent defects and flaws in workmanship, materials, and design; shall strictly conform to the requirements of this Contract/Bid, including, without limitation, the performance standards set forth in Subsection 1C of this Contract/Bid; and shall be fit, sufficient and suitable for the purposes expressed in or reasonably inferred from this Contract/Bid and the warranties expressed herein shall be in addition to any other warranties applicable to the Work (including any manufacturer's warranty) or expressed or implied by law which are hereby reserved unto Owner.
