Vendor shall provide kitchen equipment repair services on an as-needed basis at the facility including, but not limited to, installation, repair, and maintenance of kitchen equipment. Equipment List contains the current kitchen equipment at the facility, but kitchen equipment may be added or removed at any time during the contract period without notice. Any current or added kitchen equipment will be included under this contract. Vendor shall provide all labor, tools, and special equipment required to complete the requested service. Vendor shall be responsible for identifying troubles, ground faults, or other system problems. It shall not be the Vendor’s responsibility to replace wiring between devices or building panels, but it shall be their responsibility to identify the section of wiring that is causing the problem. Vendor shall utilize the facility’s supplies and materials when possible. If that is not possible, vendor will supply the required parts and/or materials at cost.
